Princeton Properties has been acquiring, leasing and managing apartments and furnished suites in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine since 1973. Princeton Properties has grown to include 5000 apartments in 32 communities and a Hawthorn Suite Hotel. With the continued growth and the competitive marketshare Princeton was looking to create a web presence that would better portray the professional, corporate side of their business.

Myelo put together a design that would appeal to their primary audience of organizations yet was still soft enough for the individual that was looking to rent an apartment. Once a web presence was created Princeton approached Myelo to take the site to the next level by creating a custom designed content managment system that would allow them to easily manage the properties section of the site.

The content management system allows new states, towns and property details to be added, including photos and virtual tours. Princeton has found that having the ability to quickly and easily be able to maintain their own site has saved them not only in web-maintenance fees but also in missed opportunities by not having a property online.
