Garrison
Square Management, Inc. is a premier
Real Estate management, investment,
and development company specializing
in property management in New England.
Garrison needed a tool that would allow
them to easily communicate to their
brokers about available apartment units.
The current way of printing out a listing
and distributing it was often cumbersome
and left them at a timely disadvantage.
Myelo built a secure area that would
allow Garrison to provide better vacancy
lists on time and to the appropriate
people. The tool allowed Garrison to
create different usability levels within
their broker group. These levels were
then assigned the appropriate parameters
that would allow Garrison to control
the type of information and the time
of that information to each broker.
The web-based system was also tied into
their in-house database of properties
allowing the easy transfer of current
data and database consistency. For the
information not housed in their in-house
system a code-free customized content
management system was created. |
